Applying for your loan is easy!


Please select the option most convenient for you. Please read carefully.

  1. Apply on-line by filling out the Complete Application Form. This takes about fifteen minutes. When you are finished, save your work and click on "submit." .
  2. Call us and we will take your application over the phone.
  3. Have one of us contact you.
  4. Apply "manually." Download the loan application, complete as best you can, sign where appropriate, then mail or fax (650)229-0129 to us. Call us if you have any questions.
  5. Regardless of the option you select, we recommend that you keep copies of all documents that you sign.

Credit reporting agencies can put you on a “target list” within 24 hours of our ordering a credit report in connection with your mortgage application. Once on this list you will receive junk mail and soliciting phone calls. The above link will keep you off this target list. It takes five business days to process your request. Please tell us the date you complete your opt out request so we wait five days before ordering your credit report
